We are thrilled to announce that MindPoint Group has been awarded one of the highest honors in the Candidate Experience Awards for 2022! After evaluating the recruitment process of companies of all sizes throughout North America, the Talent Board has ranked MPG #31 out of 130 companies.
The Talent Board delivers annual recruiting and hiring research that highlights accountability, fairness, and the business impact of job candidate experience. “The information garnered is invaluable in terms of our commitment to continuous improvement of our candidate-centric process and how MindPoint Group is perceived in the external marketplace,” says Talent Manager Jennifer Moyers (that's me!). To qualify for the award, more than 100 candidates must anonymously fill out a survey detailing their experience with our talent acquisition process. Only companies scoring above the benchmark are awarded this prestigious honor.
This year, out of the 130 North American Companies vying for this coveted award, only 49 of those received the CandE accolades. We’re proud to say that MindPoint Group is in the top 25% of scores for candidate experience across all North American Companies spanning different sizes and industries!
