CMMI is a process improvement framework that helps organizations improve their processes and achieve their business objectives. CMMI certification is a recognition that an organization has successfully implemented the CMMI framework and has demonstrated its ability to consistently deliver high-quality products and services.

An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates MindPoint Group is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for Maturity Level 3, is established and improved over time. Process-based delivery model facilitates consistent, repeatable service to our customers over time.

CMMI certification is valuable for demonstrating the MindPoint Group commitment to quality and process improvement. To become CMMI certified, MindPoint Group underwent a rigorous formal appraisal process, resulting in the associated Maturity Level 3.
