Associate Director, Talent Acquisition and Resource Management
Jen leads MindPoint Group’s Talent Acquisition and Resource Management teams and supports the company’s growth by overseeing all processes related to talent movement within MPG. She has over 15 years of talent acquisition and resource management experience, specializing in finding, securing, and maintaining IT and Cyber talent in commercial and government contracting companies supporting both the Federal Civilian and DOD/IC agencies. Jen joined MindPoint Group in 2021 and has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia.
